Membership Terms & Conditions

• 3-Month Commitment Required
  All memberships require a minimum commitment of three consecutive months.

• Monthly Billing
  Members are billed monthly starting from the date of sign-up.

• Discount Promo
  Any promotional discount (e.g., 20% off) applies to the first month only, and is valid only for sign-ups completed by the stated deadline.

• Hours Reset Monthly
  Included studio hours (6 or 10 hours per month) do not roll over. Unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.

• Studio Access
  Memberships include access to both Studio 1 and Studio 7, subject to availability via our online booking system.

• No Transfers or Sharing
  Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared or gifted.

• Rescheduling
  Sessions can be rescheduled up to 5 days before your scheduled time. Sessions rescheduled less than 5 days in advance may be subject to a rebooking fee.

• Cancellations
  Memberships may not be canceled before the end of the 3-month term. After that, you may cancel at any time with notice before your next billing date.
